Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, returns are not accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or refund, the diamond tools must meet all of the following:
Be completely unused (no signs of wear, cutting, or installation).
Be in original unopened packaging with all original labels, tags, and accessories intact.
Be in resalable condition (no damage, scratches, or tampering).
What We Do NOT Accept
Used, worn, damaged, or partially used blades.
Blades purchased more than 30 days ago.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (industry standard for diamond tools).
No restocking fee applies only if the return is due to our shipping error or a manufacturing defect.
Return Shipping
You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
We recommend using a trackable service.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Contact us first at [your email/support link]
Include order number, reason for return, and photos if requested.
Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 3–7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method minus the 15% restocking fee.
Refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days after inspection.
Defective or Damaged Blades (Warranty)
If the blade arrives defective or breaks due to a manufacturing issue (not misuse), we will:
Replace it free of charge, or
Issue a full refund (no restocking fee).
Contact us within 30 days with proof (photos/video of the defect).
